The Halt Cafe is located at the heart of Stoke Medway Airfield, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy freshly prepared food and great coffee while watching aircraft movements and airfield activity. Whether you're visiting for a flying experience, attending an event, or simply looking for somewhere different to meet friends, everyone is welcome.

You do not need to be a pilot or have a booking at the airfield to visit The Halt Cafe. We welcome local residents, walkers, cyclists, families and aviation enthusiasts looking to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and unique views across the airfield.

Events & Flying Days

The café is open during regular airfield operations and special event days throughout the year. On helicopter experience days and airfield events, visitors can enjoy a front-row seat to the action while enjoying breakfast, lunch or refreshments.
