Frost Solutions Summer Party

We would like to welcome you to Frost Solutions Summer Party 2024!

We know the official invites are late being 2 days before but as the sayying goes, better late than never!  This is 100% the case for  this event as we have the best evening planned for the whole team.

Please arrive from 15:00 onwards at the airfield and park in the main carpark. The airfield is situated across the railway track and your event is being held in the back field which is across the tracks and turn left.

*We have a free Bar being provided by Bluelight Bars  www.bluelightbars.co.uk who have their Dennis Fire Engine Bar onsite serving Draught Lager and Cider fresh out the side of their bespoke 1999 Dennis Sabre Fire Engine. The bar stocks a variety of Wines, Prosecco and Spirits and Fruit Shoots for the Kids! Best of all we have covered the cost so the bar is free all night. 

*Food will be provided by Reloaded Fun https://www.reloadedfun.co.uk/hire-me. They will be cooking a feast over an open fire on the South African Inspired Chappa with Kent Oak providing the flame! 

Menu Highlights:

-Grilled Lamb Kofta with fresh herbs & ReloadedFun Signature Spices

-Grilled Chicken Shish marinated in garlic and fresh herbs

-Whole side of salmon with dill, lemon and Reloadedfun 'Smoke My Fish Up' mixed spice

-Grilled Vegetable Kebab

-Charred Pita bread

-Tabbouleh salad with tomato, parsley & red onion.

-New Potato, rosemary & oregano salad

*Adventure 001 Helicopters in conjunction with Stoke Medway Airfield have their Bell 206 Helicopter Simulator https://www.adventure001.com/Helicopter Simulator on hand with an experienced instructor to give those that are adventurous enough a go at flying one of the UK's most realistic Helicopter Simulators! Again make use of it as it is free to use all night long.

* There is a Bouncy Castle for the Kids.

* We have numerous lawn games being set out and have a few team building excercises planned! Look out for the drinking game as shots will be provided!

* Those that would like to bring a tent to camp over night are welcome to do so as we have our own field with a shower provided for the morning. The onsite cafe will be open from 9am for anyone that needs a full english to warn off a hangover.

* For those that want to leave the car and grab a cab it is wise to prebook an uber or cab early on as we are a way out on the peninsula and cabs are sparse.

The venue is a working airfield and we will be in a field so please bring approriate clothing especially to take part in some of the garden games, and bring a jumper or something warm for the evening as the airfield is situated on the estuary front so temperatures are hard to predict after the sun sets. There will be a large open fire to keep everyone warm into the evening.

Insect spray is a must for those that get bitten for the same reasons as above.
